Consulting Rate for Architectural Services and Advisory

2. A retainer fee of USD 5,000 (plus hourly rates for any additional hours) is required to engage Bio Arc, covering the pre-design and feasibility phase. This phase will establish the framework for the entire project. The creation of this presentation is founded on preliminary assumptions, defined by the factors that form the contextual foundation of the project. This phase lays the groundwork and defines the design program for the remainder of the project.
