Retainer as our engagement model:
To initiate the collaboration, and as a sign of commitment from both parties, a retainer fee of 5,000 USD is required to formally engage Bio Arc. This retainer covers the pre-design and feasibility phase—a critical stage that lays the foundation for the entire project.
During this phase, we work closely with you to define the design brief, scope of works, align on the project vision, and establish a clear fee structure. It is a process of bringing coherence and direction to the project, ensuring that all key parameters are thoughtfully considered from the outset.
